Biometry API v2 (2.0.0)

This is the v2 API Gateway specification for the Biometry Services. v2 introduces standard response envelopes, an explicit error catalog, client-provided user_id opaque identities, and body-first parameters. Verification endpoints adapt the v1 processing pipeline; data payloads carry the raw per-service results keyed by public service names.
